iPhone blogging
A new iPhone app has just been released that allows iPhone and iPod touch users to post blog entries to their WordPress based blog sites. This posting was done using that WordPress app.
I have to say that even though this first release is lean on features, it is simple to use and very convenient. You can post to WordPress itself or any WordPress based blog.
There are no blog management tools in this release, so it is only for posting. I can post text and pictures. It even has a nice preview mode where you can see a preview of your post on your blog
The WordPress app does what it does well and the assumption is that it will continue to get better. It seems more and more each day that I need my laptop less and depend on my iPhone for the tasks I previously could only do on the laptop.
