Quest AD Cmdlets 1.1 Beta Now Open to the Public

Quest Software and the PowerGUI team have been quietly working on a private beta of the new version of their popular and effective cmdlets for managing Active Directory. That process has completed and the beta is now open to the public. You can download the beta and documentation at http://www.quest.com/powershell/activeroles-server.aspx.  I’ll be covering these cmdlets, among other things, in the book I am currently writing, Managing Active Directory with Windows PowerShell: TFM. I’ve been using the Quest AD cmdlets in some of my conference sessions and they never fail to impress. If you’ve heard about them but wondered what all the fuss was about, don’t wait any longer.
