At SAPIEN… It’s All in the Family

Speaking as a SAPIEN employee, of course, I couldn’t agree more. Being able to work during my "peak" hours means I’m really efficient and productive, and the company’s fantastic about making sure folks take vacations, time off, and other breaks to keep you fresh. It can be especially tough when you live hundreds of miles away, as I do, but I find that the company as a whole works really hard to keep everyone in touch and "in the loop," so remote employees don’t feel excluded.
